Come view the facility (in Waterfall) and meet the DDH team before booking your pooch in with us. Visits can be arranged in 30 minute time-slots, every Saturday from 8:30am to 10:30am. Call us on 083 650 2594 to book your viewing.

Complete the Check-In Form

Before submitting the Check-In Form, you need to read our Booking Terms & Conditions. By submitting a Check-In form, you also agree to the T&Cs. The Check-In Form is completed online and any accompanying required information can be sent to info@durbandoghotel.com.

We absolutely adore the Durban Dog Hotel and its exceptional services! Our dog, Coco, thrives there—she's always welcomed into a fun, engaging pack for daycare, expending all her energy and enjoying blissful, lengthy naps afterward. We send her twice a week for daycare and occasionally for overnight stays, which she eagerly anticipates. A special shoutout to Reece, Coco's favorite, who consistently showers her with care, treats, and attention. We couldn't be happier with the level of care Coco receives! 🐶 10/10 recommend daycare services to anyone wanting their dogs to socialize with other dogs more frequently 🙏

My 4 month old baby was so so so happy there, running in the water getting muddy and cuddling the other cute dogs. The dogs are grouped based on size and, from the updates I got, the dogs were all very happy and had loads of fun. The premises is huge and you can see that they care about the dogs. My baby slept like a log the next day after we picked her up, tired after playing so much😂 We will definitely bring her again!

My boy Storm had soo much fun at the Durban Dog Hotel. We were looking for a good and friendly place for our boy stay and be well cared for and we found the best place for him. Within no time of dropping off Ranger at DDH I had already received photos and videos of him settling in. I got updates every few hours and I could see that he was having a wonderful time and being taken care of with such love and warmth. I am not sure he wanted to come home! Lily had the time of her life during her stay at the DDH. It's so comforting knowing that your fur baby is having the best time while you have to be away. Going away on vacation/business and not sure what to do with your fur baby? Look no further.

The Durban Dog Hotel is not your usual dog boarding service. We are a home away from home that caters for fur babies on our couches and in our beds. Your doggo will have a surrogate mom or dad to care for them throughout their stay and will even share a nice comfy double bed at night with this dog crazy person. DOGS ARE SEPARATED INTO PACKS ACCORDING TO SIZE AND ENERGY LEVEL. Dont worry your Toy pom will never bump into a robust great dane.

Sonseirai is a well-educated lady with two degrees but you’ll find her in muddy jeans with a smile on her face as she leads the DDH team. She has studied pack integration and dog behaviour for several years and has shared her knowledge and experience with the DDH team, her staff is therefore educated and able to offer excellent care for your fur baby. Each staff member has been hand picked by Sonseirai and Candice and trained from the ground up by them.

24/7 Five star care

We offer 24/7 five star CARE 365 days a year.

Free run of the 11,5 acred fenced land and regular ball times, treasure hunts and nap times throughout the day.

NO CAGES, NO WENDY HOUSES!

We also guarantee one WhatsApp update 5 out of 7 days a week (Sundays and Wednesdays excluded) including photos so you can see how your baby is enjoying his/her vacation!

Sonseirai is an educated dog lover with years of hands on experience. She has mastered the art of integrating a pack and her favourite thing in the world is to spread that knowledge to her trusted team and replicate all she knows.

Sonseirai only hosts a limited number of dogs at a time to ensure exclusive care so book now, don’t delay!

Pooches must be socialized with dogs and people and be neutered/spayed and have all vaccinations up to date.
