What vaccinations are required for my dog to stay at the DDH?
The 5 in 1, Kennel Cough as well as Rabies. Dogs that have never been vaccinated before or whose vaccinations are expired for over one month will have to wait for 14 days before being able to check into the hotel. Vaccines do not stimulate immunity immediately after they are administered. Once a vaccine is administered the antigens must be recognized, responded to and remembered by the immune system. In most cases, protection does not begin until 5 days after vaccination. Full protection from a vaccine usually takes up to 14 days.
