Home Away from Home

  Our dogs love the dog hotel. When we go away so do they and have a ball. We get updates every day with photos so you can see how much they enjoy it. Sonseirai has even made a breakthrough with our unsocial dog to the extent he is enjoying other dogs company! A true dog behavourist. We will continue to go on holiday with peace of mind knowing our babies are in safe hands.

  My babies Ava and Oscar love going to “school” to play with all their friends at the Durban Dog Hotel, they can’t get out the car fast enough. All the staff are absolutely amazing and truly love our furbabies like their own. I also love the fact that I get updated on their day with the cutest pictures where my dogs actually look like they’re smiling with happiness. 💜

  Sonserai and her team are true miracle workers. I sent my fur babies to the durban dog hotel for 3 weeks of behavioral therapy as two babies are from the same litter and the male dog was super dominant and possessive of me and his territory. Sonserai worked with them and now they can sit together in the car, sit on the same sofa and share my attention without any problem. They both had confidence and anxiety issues and Sonserai helped them with this. It’s truly amazing to see their transformation and I am so grateful for the help as now they are both happier dogs. I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing team and the hotel for your beloved babies as they will be loved and spoiled and are most definitely in excellent hands. The doggies are taken excellent care of and are excercised and stimulated throughout the day and the best part is that the hotel staff send you daily whatsapp posts so you don’t miss your babies too much. Sonserai brought the doggies home after their therapy to reintegrate them and her rapport with animals is phenomenal. They fell in love with her in three weeks whereas before this they disliked all people except family. I will be eternally grateful as my babies are happy and less aggressive towards each other.

  Georgie and Hooch had a WONDERFUL easter break. They arrived home happy and exhausted after having so much fun with all the other happy pooches. i really appreciated the updates and photos during their stay. Happy pups = Happy Mum My weekend was made so much better knowing i didnt have to worry one bit. They LOVED being there.

  Thank you Sonseirai, Candice and team. It's been the first time ever that our babies have been staying away from home. I actually think that Bella would have preferred an extended stay. Thank you for providing a home away from home for our precious little children.
